Londonewcastle are bringing forward proposals for over 300 beautifully designed new homes, public spaces, opportunities for commercial uses and a community centre.
Working with architects Maccreanor Lavington, a public exhibition was held at the Queens Road West Community Centre on the 30 September and 1 October to introduce the proposals and provide the local community with an opportunity to feedback before a planning application is submitted later this year.
The full plans can still be viewed below and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
259 Plaistow Road is located immediately adjacent to Plaistow station, which is served by the Hammersmith & City and District Lines. The Greenway cycle route is just to the southwest, as is the memorial recreation ground. The current occupier’s lease is coming to a close next year and Londonewcastle have been appointed as the development managers on behalf of the site owners.
If you were not able to attend the public exhibition, you can still download the full materials displayed by clicking the button below. You can also leave any feedback and questions in the “Have your say” section.
